Game Theory

Post-interval session nosh-

Egg whites
Whole Wheat Tortillas
TJ's low fat cheese mix- 2 tblspoons
Warm the tortillas on the stove
Nuke the egg whites, roughly 2 minutes
Egg whites over the tortillas
Cheese over the egg whites
30 seconds in the micro
Spoon homemade salsa overthe top

Enjoy with a cup of black coffee and fall back into a haze of exhaustion and satisfaction for a few.....

As president of the Spideys, I am vetoing that suggestion. Gianni is my wind blocker on the flats keeping me protected and launching me on the climbs. He needs to be able to climb a bit before hitting the release button.

I am designing diet plans for the whole team. Double D will be juicing for the next 3 months.

Sad to say..
I think the fried chicken purchased out of a back door bar in Rodeo last night at 9 pm kind of wrecked the calorie count...
And I have never met a scone I liked, although I have tried mightily.
And Nome, I waited with a nice gap for some added horsepower for like 5 minutes on tuesday. With a little more ass that would have been GONE.

I was trying to go easy and promised myself I wouldn't go any faster than the guy at the front...for any more than 100 meters.
I am also practicing patience, they say it's a virtue.
